Product description
The PowerBox PIK connector range combines proven connector systems from the modelling sector with modern hot-melt technology.
The cables are soldered in our factory and then checked by a second employee for correct polarity and perfect workmanship. The cable is then placed in a specially produced injection mould and welded with a special plastic at 220°C and 10 bar pressure.
This process ensures that the soldered joints are permanently sealed and strain-relieved. Neither mechanical stress nor environmental influences such as moisture or heat can have a negative effect on this connection. The plastic is resistant to vibration, oxidation, oils, acids, alkalis and fuels, and is also temperature-resistant from -30°C to +90°C.

The variations offer different cable cross-sections, adapters, charging cables or even servo connections with 3-core cables. Our cables have PVC insulation up to a cross-section of 1.0 mm²; the 1.5 mm² and 2.5 mm² cables are insulated with silicone sheathing.
In order to better protect you as a customer from plagiarism, the design and other quality features have been registered as design patents with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office in the design patent register
