Archive Article
The F4F Wildcat is modelled on the carrier-borne backbone of the mid forties United States Navy. Its primary theatre of operation was the Pacific region. Today, a number of these aircraft are still in flying condition and may be seen at many Flying Displays and Air-races in the USA.
The model
The F4F Wildcat model extends the loved Nano-Racer range further. The model is based on a one-piece foam moulding incorporating fuselage and wings. The wing features a carbon fibre spar for additional strength, making it an excellent choice both for racing and aerobatics.
