The scale replica of the Corsair is manufactured in foamed construction of HypoDur®. Trunk-friendly dimensions, outstanding flight characteristics and unmatched attention to detail are the distinctive features of the hype F4U. The model is supplied with chassis and removable bomb dummies. The two bombs are each held by a magnet. The model can be flown with or without running gear. When used without chassis mounting a 2-blade propeller is recommended.
The control of the model via elevator, rudder and aileron and motor control. All control surfaces are designed as a gapless elastoflaps to achieve maximum rudder effect. A special feature of the model with the new X3 Control gyro system is equipped. The model is stabilized in flight about all three axes and held in the desired flight position. Especially in windy weather conditions the model is thereby noticeably quiet in the air!
The Corsair is prefabricated to 90%, the decor is already applied to the model. All components such as servos, ESC and brushless motor are mounted already in the model. The wing is mounted with two screws on the fuselage. The drive of the Corsair is provided by a brushless outrunner with 1.300U / min / V in the direct drive. The vobildgetreue 4-blade propeller gives the model a powerful acceleration at high speeds. The control of the motor is provided by a 20A Skywalker regulator which enables a particularly sensitive control of the engine. The drive battery LiPo battery 3S / 11.1V with 1.000mAh is required, which must be purchased separately.
