The new ROXXY® Smart Control BL speed controller range includes an integral telemetry function accessed via the digital S.BUS2 interface. In this way the ROXXY® Smart Control keeps you constantly informed about the current state of your power system: current, battery capacity, rotational speed, voltage and temperature are monitored, and the data are passed to the pilot.
The ROXXY® Smart Control range of speed controllers is based on the ROXXY® 900 series, thousands of which are already in use. These units provide the same high quality and performance for high- quality power systems.
The integral telemetry function replaces five separate sensors - for current, capacity, rpm, voltage and temperature - without additional costs and wiring. A standard feature of the new ROXXY® Smart Control speed controllers is the digital Futaba S.BUS2 interface, for easy connection to Futaba telemetry systems. All control signals, and also the telemetry data generated by all the integral sensors, are passed to the receiver via a single connecting lead, i.e. the S.BUS System.
Simply install, connect and program the speed controller in the usual way, register it as a sensor at the transmitter, and the telemetry data appear on the transmitter's screen - that's all there is to it.
Naturally Futaba transmitters have a voice, and are capable of announcing the telemetry data via speech output. It is also possible to set alarm values at the transmitter, with output as an audible warning - speech or beeper - or via a vibration alarm.
With all FASSTest transmitters the telemetry data can be recorded on an SD memory card, and are therefore available for a detailed post-flight analysis. Various PC programs are available for analysing the data.

The ROXXY® Smart Control 940-6SV is a speed controller for model aircraft with 1...6S flight batteries and 40 A continuous load current. The unit includes a very high-performance BEC circuit which is designed for a continuous current of 5 A. The BEC voltage can be set to any of four values - 5, 6, 6.4 and 7.4 Volt - and is therefore compatible with all LV and HV servo types.
