Based on the original Zlin Z525A Akrobat, the GreatPlanes Zlin stands out for the connoisseur from the numerous extras and edges on the model airfields.

The elegant styling of the original Czechoslovakian classic left its mark on the European aerobatic competitions of the 60s and 70s and is still unforgotten by aerobatic fans today. Equally unforgotten is one of the greatest successes achieved with the Zlin Akrobat: At the 1968 World Aerobatic Championships, the GDR team achieved overall victory on this model.

The GreatPlanes kit impresses with its usual high quality standard as soon as you open the box. Excellently ironed and prefabricated, all parts can be assembled in just a few hours and completed with the optionally available RC system and drive (either electric or combustion engine).

In the air, the fast and maneuverable flight characteristics of the Zlin make it an ideal aerobatic machine, just like the original, and will captivate both pilots and spectators again and again.
