Meanwhile, banded wings not only assist storage and transportation, they're designed to 'give a little when inevitable 'arrivals occur during the training process. Where flying is concerned, we'd like to think of the piloting process as being more akin to gentle control intervention than the constant attention that less suitable training aircraft often require.
