The Cessna 150 is referred to as the "best-selling aircraft in the world" and is a recognized market leader in the light aircraft category. It is available as a standard, trainer, and commuter model. Versions with floats or skis were also available.

These private aircraft of the 300 series are still flown today and remain very popular.

The models are traditionally designed for rubber band propulsion, but they can also be equipped with an electric motor. The drive with a small combustion engine, such as the COX .20, is unfortunately no longer possible because these engines are no longer produced nowadays.
