Helixx is an elegant 6-flap glider for relaxed flying on slopes and on flat ground. It can be built in the version as a glider and as an electric glider. The GRP fuselage and the enclosed template for cutting off the fuselage nose offer both possibilities.

The wing is built in the proven aero-naut manner in a slipway that allows safe positioning of all components and warp-free construction. The wing is partially covered and - depending on the choice of covering material - offers attractive visual design options. The six large flaps can be programmed as desired, allowing various flight conditions to be set to suit the pilot's taste. The 90° deflected airbrakes are a reliable descent and landing aid; their effect can be further improved by combining them with the ailerons.

The model's power requirements are low. A 3S-LiPo with a capacity from 2,400 mAh can be easily accommodated and allows quite a few climb flights with good initial altitudes for thermal search.

Helixx is a model that not only gives pleasure to the model pilot. Even the construction of the model with its precise laser-cut parts is a lot of fun and awakens the anticipation of beautiful flights in the evening thermals or in light winds on the slope.

To control the rudders you need a total of 8 servos (6 x AN-12-MGBBA order no. 7003/74 and 2 x AN-8-MGBBD order no. 7003/71).
