Intro:
This kit has been meticulously reworked by Dane-RC to maintain the elegant appearance and shape intended by the original creator, Andy Clancy Designs. This model is a pleasure to both assemble and fly, thanks to the high precision parts that mesh perfectly.

The Lazy Bee XL extreme is designed like the original Lazy Bee by Andy Clancy, but the Lazy Bee XL by Dane RC has some new designs that make it easier to build as everything fits together like a puzzle.

The model is a pure pleasure both to assemble, with the high precision parts meshing perfectly, and to fly.
The wing has been redesigned and the assembly is done on the main spar made of poplar plywood. The assembly can be done without a plan, as everything fits together perfectly like a puzzle.
The installation of ailerons and flap servos is prepared, there is more than enough space and the corresponding necessary parts are already included in the kit.

The tailplane, which is just over 80cm, is in one piece and can be built removable if you want. The 2 elevator servos can be mounted either in the front or in the rear, depending on the center of gravity.
The Lazy Bee XL extreme is controlled by elevator and rudder and optional ailerons and flaps.
The model can be built as an electric glider or motor model.

To cover the Lazy Bee XL extreme you need about 8 mtr. foil in the basic color and about 2 mtr. in the contrast color to make it a Dane RC version. The film we used on our Leprechaun is Oralight transparent red for the base and Oralight camdium yellow for the contrast
