The Piper J3 Cub is the evergreen par excellence. Countless pilots have learned to fly with this aircraft.
Its trouble-free take-off, flight and landing characteristics make both the original and the model a declared favourite of generations.
Our model is built on a scale of approx. 1:5 and impresses with its absolutely good-natured flight characteristics, as one would expect from a trainer.
Large wheels allow operation even on uneven runways.
When it comes to choosing the motorisation, the model is undemanding due to its lightweight construction and is equally suitable for electric or combustion engines.
We are often asked why our Piper J3 models do not have landing flaps. The reason is simple: the manned original aircraft does not have landing flaps either!
