992709 CFK Rudder -Lever 5/15

CFRP Carbon-plastic lever. Supplied with built-in ball joint (Order No. 993008) and M2 screwed connection with stop nut. Distance between support surface and ball center 15mm. Fork opening 5mm. Weight 1,2g. Fixing bolts diameter 4.5mm. Support surface 14mm x 30mm. The rudder levers can be easily glued and varnished. We manufacture our fork levers from highly compressed carbon fiber (nylon with 45% carbon fiber). At 300 ° C and under high pressure (1800 bar) the levers come in hardened stainless steel molds their appearance. Since this process has similarities with the production of highly loaded components in large aircraft construction, we have adopted it for the manufacture of our rudder levers. The result is a high-strength component, which must not shy away from a comparison with duralaluminum. However, it is lighter and more vibration resistant. All rowing levers are manufactured in Germany on the most modern CNC machines.
