A new series of airscrews for combustion and electric motors with excellent efficiency. The outstanding experience of the cam carbon folding airbrakes was used in the construction. The thin profile was slightly thicker and strengthened to the transition to the hub. In connection with the carbon-fiber- reinforced material, an air screw with a relatively thin, low-resistance profile and very good torsional rigidity has been produced and, in addition, with a low weight.
The development of these airscrews is carried out with modern CAD systems in order to achieve precise profiling with a precise course of the twisting. The molds are then milled on CNC machines, so that both blade sides are identical in order to produce a well-balanced air screw. All air screws 7 "-10" have an 8 mm bore, the sizes 11 "-18" have a 10mm bore. Additional spacer rings are included to fit standard motor shafts.
