Note: These screens were derived from Cox fuel can filler caps and are somewhat bigger than the ones Cox used on their backplates. They are best installed by using a blunt object (such as a ball-point pen with retracted tip) to push them into place. Because they are bigger, they may assume a concave shape. If installed into the new backplates we sell, we further recommend crimping the edge of the plastic with a soldering iron to better hold the screen in place.
