The K8 from Schleicher is a single-seater glider from the 50s, which is mainly used as a training glider for beginners due to its robust construction. This true-to-the-original replica by Phoenix - with a wingspan of an impressive 4.50m - is manufactured using the latest laser-cut technologies as a lightweight, high-strength wooden construction that impresses with its enormous attention to detail.

The model is manufactured in extremely light and high-strength laser-cut balsa wood construction. The construction impresses with an enormously high degree of prefabrication, which reduces the construction effort almost to the installation of the drive and electronics. The model is prepared for interference flaps and is also completely covered with iron-on foil true to the original.
