Control line model: As the name suggests, this model is an electrically motorized model aircraft which is connected to the pilot via two thin lines during flight and moves in a circular path around the pilot. The lines are not only used to hold on to the pilot, but also to steer the aircraft.

It is the oldest type of model control from the time when there were no RC remote controls.
With the advent of RC remote controls, this control method has faded into the background.
However, many competitions are still flown with tethered models and enjoy great popularity.
And we know why - it's simply great fun!

The controls are very simple and are limited to the elevator with flap support.

We are fully aware that the Flash CL is primarily used as a training model.
We have therefore subordinated the flight characteristics to this: The model flies slower than is usual with other tethered models.
Nevertheless, it does not lose the much-needed line pull even in the craziest overhead turns.
Although it is a training model, it masters all aerobatic turns.
The flying characteristics are pleasant (not difficult) and in the event of an accident the model is easy to repair with normal superglue.
Its advantages also include a smaller flying space requirement and low acquisition costs (you do not need an RC system).

You can control the motor in two ways: either via any receiver with an RC kit or via a special timer (SP96).
